Toby Janson-Smith

Toby has spent the last 25 years building the leading standards and certification programs to channel finance into nature-based and other carbon reduction and removal projects.

As Chief Program Development and Innovation Officer at Verra, Toby recognized the potential for AI to revolutionize certification, reducing friction and scaling impact, which led him to launch Credegra.

CTO / Co-Founder

Neil McKechnie

Neil is a business leader, industry shaper, software architect, and generative AI expert, pioneering the development of breakthrough AI applications.

He has held leadership roles at Intel and co-founded several successful tech startups, including CharityLogic, where he built iCarol, now the primary software system used by hundreds of non-profit helplines around the world.

Diego Saez Gil

Diego founded and led Pachama, a climate technology company using AI and geospatial data to monitor carbon sequestration in natural ecosystems. He helped raise over $90M, restoring millions of hectares through global forest conservation and reforestation.

In 2025, Diego guided Pachama's integration with Carbon Direct, where he now serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Engagement.
